Meet Brett and Katie
Brett and Katie are brother and sister. They both enjoy their time with EHCA’s Options program. Brett likes to see how things work, and goes on a number of tours of local businesses. Katie prefers social situations with peers and has room for everyone in her social circle. Both of them have learned to be independent at home and while they are out in the community with the Options program of EHCA. Brett and Katie live at home with their parents and older sister. During the day, EHCA staff members accompany them to various events, drive them to appointments, or help them with other everyday activities.

Meet Ryan
Ryan has been a resident since 2017. He loves his EHCA home because it allows him opportunities he did not previously have, including taking frequent walks in his walker, enjoying community activities like MECA baseball, and even just taking some time to lie on the cool grass of his new yard.

Sheley might need a wheelchair to get around, but she's rarely sitting still. See her busy life at EHCA.
Meet Sheley
An EHCA resident since 1987, Sheley moved into one of the agency’s Titusville group residences in 2002. Each Monday she heads to the VARHA (Venango Area Riding for the Handicapped Association) barn and rides in the back of a horse-drawn wagon. Sheley loves being around the horses. She also volunteers at Pleasantville Community Church, goes out to dinner with her dad, participates in dance classes, and goes swimming. Sheley might need a wheelchair to get around, but she’s rarely sitting still. She loves being outdoors, going to the library, shopping, and attending concerts and county fairs. Cold or rainy days don’t slow her down either. When she’s at home, Sheley stays busy by painting, making crafts, working on puzzles, or baking.
