What is a DSP?

Direct Support Professional

MEET OUR DSP HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK!

David Keisel works as a DSP in EHCA’s MOVE Adult Day Program.  Some even call him a true rock star DSP! David has volunteered to work at EHCA community homes during his days off during the pandemic. This has meant multiple COVID tests to ensure all individuals under his care were always safe from the virus. He also would endure various stays in a hotel, away from his own family. David has been instrumental in creating fun, virtual games for individuals with disabilities who could not connect during the pandemic, which allowed friends at EHCA to keep in touch with each other. In fact, not only is he a rock star, he is also our superhero DSP! Thanks for all that you do, David!
