- Work in our residential homes, which are located throughout Erie, Crawford, and Venango
- Work in our one-on-one community-based program, Options, offered in both Erie and Meadville
- Work in our adult day program, MOVE, located in Millcreek near the Erie Airport.
Here are some common responsibilities:
- Work with our individuals by following their specific plans and goals. Record all information, observations, and daily progress.
- Participate in planning and implementing programs, including social, recreational, work, and in-home activities.
- Be a positive role model in regards to behavior, dress, and respect for others.
- Transport individuals when needed.
- Comply with all agency and governmental regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Implement emergency treatment and life-saving techniques to the extent training allow.
- Administer medications to residents following completion of our Medication Administration Training Program.
Qualifications for employment include the following:
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- MUST be able to lift 50lbs
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful Act 33, Act 34, FBI clearance, and drug screening
